Job Summary:
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Uganda is calling on
suitable candidates who are interested in joining
the Management Trainee intake for 2022. CCBA is the leading Bottler accounting
for 40% of all Coca-Cola
volume on the African continent.
Roles
and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will undergo a 12-month accelerated
development Programme at CCBA in Uganda,
designed to impart management, business knowledge, and expertise in preparation
for a management role within
CCBA.
The primary focus of the Management
Trainee is to maximize performance through:

Minimum
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s
Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Engineering and Supply Chain
·
Experience;
Minimum 3 years (2 years managerial experience)
·
Advanced

Valid
driver’s License
