 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking over the calls coming from the internal clients;
  • Records, solves and sends IT problems to the next level, in order to ensure a fast and efficient solution;
  • Collects all necessary data for internal reporting;
  • Ensures the fulfillment of the contractual agreed quality level (SLA);
  • Program – availability to work in extended shifts, the program can be changed based on Business requirements;

Job Experience:

  • Team work skills
  • Understanding the offered solutions / problems and the correct management of the problem solutions
  • Ability to constantly follow the updating of technical documentation, including after the stages of production, testing and implementation
