RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking over the calls coming from the internal clients;
- Records, solves and sends IT problems to the next level, in order to ensure a fast and efficient solution;
- Collects all necessary data for internal reporting;
- Ensures the fulfillment of the contractual agreed quality level (SLA);
- Program – availability to work in extended shifts, the program can be changed based on Business requirements;
Job Experience:
- Team work skills
- Understanding the offered solutions / problems and the correct management of the problem solutions
- Ability to constantly follow the updating of technical documentation, including after the stages of production, testing and implementation
