Job Summary:
The Sales person will develop and promote sales at one of the
upcoming Lapaire Optical Centers, meeting physically with potential customers
and handling customer calls. He/she will work closely with Optometrists from
the Optical Center and will directly report to the Branch Manager.
Roles and
responsibilities:
Reach out and attend
potential customers over the phone or at the Clinic

Increase awareness
around clear sight to all potential customers
·
Use your knowledge to
explain the benefits of wearing eyeglasses
·
Listen, look and help
people choose frames and lenses
Convert customers
interest into successful sales
·
Follow-up with potential
customers over the phone, answering their questions related to pricing, payment
and delivery
·
Present clear pricing
and installment plans options to potential customers
·
Collect deposits and
close sales with customers in due time
Ensure smooth delivery
to customers
·
Keep customers informed
about the delivery and status of their orde
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate profile
·
Bachelor’s degree or
Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing , or
any relevant field, with +2 years of professional experience in a
business/retail setting.
·
Customer
service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic sales techniques and
telephone etiquette.
·
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills are essential.
·
It is required from
candidates to be proficient in accounting and analysis software (Excel etc.)
